Fill in the production, roll, scene and take, then tap or swipe the sticks. The clap sound, a short screen flash and the shut sticks land together, with your phone's own audio delay measured and corrected, and a sync offset to fine tune after a test.

What it does

Is Film Clapperboard: Slate free?

What does Pro add?
A one-time Pro unlock adds Night Chrome, Amber Set and Forest Matte looks, a silent (MOS) clap, a time of day clock on the board (your phone's clock, not synced timecode), take log export as a CSV spreadsheet, and slate images without the Clapperboard mark.
How does it keep the clap in sync?
The sound is asked for the moment you touch the sticks and timed to land when they meet on screen. The app measures your phone's audio delay and starts the sound that much early. Phones differ, so film a test clap, compare the frame where the sticks meet with the sound in your editor, and move the sync offset in Settings if needed.
