Colour Identifier
Point your camera at anything and Colour Identifier tells you what colour it is, on screen and out loud. Tap anywhere on the picture to read that spot, freeze it to look closer, or use the torch and zoom. Names are everyday words such as navy, sage or light blue, checked against more than 250 reference colours.
Live names, speech, freeze, torch and zoom are free. A one-time Pro unlock adds 849 shade names, the white card, compare, the colour finder, colour blind views, photos, palettes, and voice and vibration settings.

Questions
Is Colour Identifier free?
Live names, speech, freeze, torch and zoom are free. A one-time Pro unlock adds 849 shade names, the white card, compare, the colour finder, colour blind views, photos, palettes, and voice and vibration settings.
How accurate are the colour names?
They are a good everyday guide. The camera sees the light as much as the object, so use one kind of light, daylight if you can, and fill the circle with the colour. The Pro white card corrects for warm or cool bulbs. It is not a lab measurement.
Can it help if I am colour blind?
Yes, it is made for that: it says the colour out loud, compares two things for you, and the colour finder can show where one colour is. The colour blind views and colour boost do not test or treat colour vision. If your colour vision has changed, see an optician.
Does it upload my camera pictures?
No. Camera pictures and photos are read on your phone and are never uploaded. There is no account.
