Magnet Hunt ("the App") is a hide and seek game for magnets that uses the magnetometer in your phone. This policy explains what the App does with information. In short: everything stays on your phone.

1. Sensor readings

The App reads the magnetometer and the phone's motion sensors (gyroscope and accelerometer, through Android's orientation sensor) to measure the magnetic field and to tell turning the phone apart from getting closer to a magnet. These readings are used live on your phone and are never stored or sent anywhere.

2. What is saved on your phone

The App saves your settings in its own storage on your phone: player names you type, the hunt mode, number of rounds, look, hunt sound, sound and vibration switches, Pro tool switches, best times and whether you own Pro. There is no account. We do not operate any server or cloud sync for the App. Uninstalling the App deletes this data.

3. Purchases

Magnet Hunt Pro is a one time purchase through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment; we never see or store your card details. The App only learns whether you own Pro.

4. Tracking

The App contains no analytics or tracking code and does not use the advertising ID.

5. Permissions

The App asks for vibration, so it can buzz faster as you get closer to the magnet. It does not ask for location, camera, microphone, contacts or storage access, and the App itself does not connect to the internet. Purchases go through the Google Play app.

6. Children

The App collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
