Privacy policy

Dice Charms ("the App") is an Android dice game by Zarkon (zarkon.co.uk), package co.uk.zarkon.dicecharms. This policy explains what stays on your device and what does not leave it. In short: we do not collect or share any personal data.

1. Data we collect

None. There is no account and no sign in. We do not collect, receive or share any personal data.

2. Data storage

Game progress, settings and saves are stored only on your device, in the App's local storage. We do not run a backend for this App, and we do not sync this data to servers we operate. Uninstalling the App deletes this data.

3. Purchases

The App offers a one-time purchase that unlocks Grades 2 and 3. Google Play Billing processes the payment. We do not receive or store your payment card or other payment details. Payment details are handled by Google under Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. The App only receives confirmation of the purchase from Google Play so it can unlock the content, including restoring it later.

4. Sharing, exports and links

These features only run when you choose to use them:

• Share a run or seed code: the App opens your phone's share sheet. Where the code goes is under your control.
• Export or import a save: the App uses the system file picker. You choose where the file is saved, or which file to read.
• Web links: tapping a link opens it in your browser.

The App itself does not send your data anywhere. We do not receive a copy of shared or exported files.

5. Ads, analytics and tracking

The App shows no ads and does not include analytics, crash reporting or tracking libraries.

6. Data we do not collect or sell

• We do not collect your name, email or phone number.
• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not share game data with third parties.

7. Age

Dice Charms is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.

8. United Kingdom and EEA

We do not sell personal data. Because game data stays on your device, requests to access or delete that information are handled on the device: clear app data, or uninstall the App.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
